Toktiv – Twilio Calls and SMS 2.13

Toktiv is a companion application designed for your Twilio account, allowing you to manage calls and SMS efficiently. The platform provides a 30-day free trial period, granting users the opportunity to assess the product. However, it is important to note that charges may apply according to the billing plan associated with your Twilio account.

The trial period encompasses full functionality for up to 3 users. Following the trial, Toktiv offers a paid plan that commences at a modest $2 per month per user, inclusive of call capabilities. Additional features such as SMS and conference functions can be added at a nominal cost of $1 each, catering to individual preferences.

One of Toktiv's convenient features is the ability to sign in using existing Apple, Google, or Microsoft accounts, eliminating the need to remember separate login credentials. Administrators are granted the flexibility to add an unlimited number of users to the Toktiv account under a paid subscription.

Through Toktiv, administrators can oversee the assignment of direct numbers and extensions for up to 4 digits per user. Furthermore, user settings can be managed easily, allowing for the enabling or disabling of users directly within the application. Users can configure a designated URL for Call Disposition and specify the Call Parameters to be transmitted to enhance integration with external CRM or Customer Service systems.

Usage of calling and messaging services on Toktiv is contingent upon permissions granted by the organization's Twilio account administrator. Users can conveniently access device contacts within the app, facilitating swift communication with saved contacts. Moreover, if call recording is enabled by the administrator on Twilio, users can access and listen to call recordings directly from the Call History feature.

It is important to highlight that call quality may vary depending on the internet speed on your device.
